QR or LPA install failed
Common causes
- Camera cannot focus on the QR — zoom out, improve lighting, or enter the LPA string manually.
- Device is not eSIM-capable — see Device compatibility.
- Carrier lock blocks secondary SIMs — unlock with your home carrier first.
- QR was already consumed or revoked — open My eSIM and request a new QR if available.
