When does my plan start?

Activation depends on the product:

• First network attach — the validity clock starts when the eSIM first connects abroad.
• Purchase date — validity is counted from the day you pay (supplier midnight UTC may shift a calendar day).

Always read the plan details on the product page before checkout. If you are unsure, contact Support channels with the product name.
